The Consequences of Playing Hot Potato

Wandering through New York City the other day, I came across a past article by the Epoch Times Staff Writer, John Nania. It was al about the consequences of dealing with the Snowden Hot Potato. It stated: “By canceling his summit meeting with Vladimir Putin in Russia in September, U.S. President Barack Obama has used the tools of diplomacy adroitly and appropriately. With this reaction to Russia’s decision to harbor leaker It went on to say “Edward Snowden, Obama is saying, in essence, we will not tolerate you ignoring a direct request related to our national security.

The U.S. government had repeatedly, through all channels, asked Russia to return the renegade former contractor for the NSA. After more than a month in the limbo of the Moscow airport transit zone, Snowden was granted asylum in Russia.” This thumbing of the nose at American authority, along with escalating disagreements over human rights and other issues, led to the summit cancellation.”

Key Points to Consider for a Huge Lapse In Security

The key points here were someone took, stole or scammed the US and took something of valuable for nothing. The US, President Obama, appeals to the powers that be, in this case, President Vladimir Putin of Russia, to ask for a return of the property in question (including the human – Snowden J ).

Assuming two reasonable groups of folks agree, the President Obama, US had a possibility of getting the property in question back. Fast forward to today, request denied and Snowden now needs to love living in Russia and the stolen information is now being studied by the other side.
